  What could be improved: Issues with key access one night when there was no receptionist, despite calling the helpline provided and being promised that it would be sortedC nobody contacted us. Luckily a security guard passed by who changed the battery on our door fob.

  Great location in the heart of Gdansk, numerous restaurants nearby and view from the apartment is just stunning! Apartment is clean, bed is comfortable. There were water, tea, coffee for guests. Managing company is very responsive and helpful. We were travelling by car, so I wrote them via booking.com on the day of arrival and they reserved for us a parking slot in underground parking for the period of our stay. Getting to the parking, check-in and check-out takes only few minutes.
  
  What could be improved: Wi-fi turned off from time to time, the network just disappeared periodically, we had 2 iPhones and both of us experienced this issue. It was not critical problem for us as we were on holiday, but it might be annoying if you’re travelling for business.
