  Piękne cichutkie, eleganckie, bezpieczne, zielone osiedle.

  Апартаменты расположены на закрытой территории. Тихое и спокойное место. Быстро нашли, хорошие описание, как зайти и где оставить машину.
  Кухня со всем необходимым, стиральная машина, порошок и место, где развесить белье, посудомоечная машина.
  Нет кондиционера, но есть вентиляторы.
  Замечательная терраса. Хорошая связь с хозяином, быстро отвечает.
  
  What could be improved: Летом до 14 часов очень жарко, солнечная сторона. Очень неудобные подушки. Кровать, как нам показалось 140х200, нам было мало места и от этого жарко.

  Atutem jest całe osiedle, ciche i spokojne. Bezpieczne. Atutem jest winda mimo że ten blok ma tylko 3 piętra. Atutem są ciepłe kaloryfery mimo tego że byliśmy w lipcu. Kolejny plus to gorąca woda, zmywarka i pralka.
  Mieszkanie z sypialnią oraz salonem z aneksem kuchennym. Wszystko co potrzebne w kuchni znajdowało się na miejscu. Blisko do Biedronki oraz rewelacyjnego sklepu rybnego Rybka. Z jednej strony osiedla wyjście na aleję generała Hallera, z drugiej na promenadę do molo w Brzeźnie.
  Dostęp do parkingu podziemnego gdzie obok auta stały rowery naszych dzieci.
  Jestem zauroczona też tarasem, bo chociaż nie miał nie wiem jakich wygód, zwykłe foteliki i sofka tarasowa to i tak robił robotę. Właścicielka sympatyczna, w mig załatwiła sprawę niedziałającego pilota.
  Polecam z czystym sumieniem.
  Jestem też pewna że w przyszłym roku zameldujemy się tu ponownie.
  
  What could be improved: Byly dwie rzeczy które bym poprawiła.
  1. Łóżko w salonie, stosunkowo wygodne ale bardzo twarde do spania. Niestety ze względu na to że łóżka w sypialni nie dało się przystawić do ściany tak aby dzieci nie pospadały z niego w nocy musiałam spać właśnie w salonie. Jeśli więc ktoś lubi twarde łóżka to minus zamienia w plus.
  2. Ręczniki – moim zdaniem nie były wyprane w 60 stopniach bo o 90 nie wspominam.
  Jeśli chodzi o czystość mieszkania to daję 5+.

  Квартира расположена в прекрасном закрытом жилкомплексе. Ощущение, что живешь в парковой зоне. Рядом пляж. Квартира хорошая, обеспечена всем необходимым. Единственное, что некуда повеситить вещи после стирки. Очень понравился большой балкон, котороый оборудован столом и креслами. Рекомендую
