  Easy instructions, and easy key box. No issues at all with checking in. The location is perfect; close enough to the old town and tram station, but also away from the noise of the crowds. The kitchen is fully almost fully stocked. The unit has a beautiful bathroom and overall renovations. Really enjoyed the time here and if you can ignore what I said in the "cons" section, you will have a good time.
  
  What could be improved: Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. As other reviewers said, there is a strange smell as soon as you walk in. It is likely some kind of water leakage underneath the flooring that is making the smell. It does not go away and laughable that it's suggested to be from the cleaning. The place is also full of silverfish bugs. We stayed for a week and I probably killed 10-15 a day. They are nonstop in the bedroom, so we switched to sleeping in the living room after a few nights and it was a bit better. They are bred in moist conditions and that is another reason I believe there is some kind of leak underneath the flooring that needs to be looked at. Hopefully the owner believes that and actually investiages it, instead of making an aggressive comment like he did towards other guests in their reviews who mention it. I am not saying that to be rude; I had a great stay and recommend the place, but the owner should lift a few of the vinyl floorboards right when you enter and see what is going on.

  Spacious apartment with river view from 7th floor. Two Elevators next to door. Well equipped appartment. Relaxing balcony. Good value for the money. Serviceminded key arrangement.

  What could be improved: We had a very bad experience in this apartment. There was a strong smell immediately upon arrival. The apartment was not cleaned, or cleaned very poorly. The bedding seemed dirty, too few blankets. We stayed with 4 people and only received two blankets. The sofa is worn, the shower is not cleaned, the glass is dirty. The sink immediately clogs.
  The floors are dirty.
  The host speaks English with difficulty. The wrong address is given on the booking page. We do not recommend this.

  Super location. 5 minutes from the downtown. Modern property. Spacious. Easy check in. Fast Wifi, big modern Smart TV. Nice bathroom.
  
  What could be improved: Broken double bed, caving in the middle, missing the middle support pole/mount. Unfortunately, I didn't find out until last night. Would have appreciated shower gel, dishwasher tablets and a couple of filters and some coffee.

  Self check-in was easy, perfect location for exploring Gdansk, right next to the river, shops and cafes. New building with lift. It was good to have a balcony.
  
  What could be improved: The bed was uncomfortable and creaked with every movement. Unfortunately, the towels and bedding seemed worn out and didn't smell fresh, so we had to wash them ourselves before use. The apartment lacked basic essentials such as coffee and washing powder, which was inconvenient. Being located on the top floor with no air conditioning made it unbearably hot, and the fan provided little relief. This could be a great place if the towels, bedding, and mattress were replaced, and ideally, air conditioning was installed.
