  Lokalizacja jest najwiekszym atutem tego miejsca. Blisko do parku i nad morze. W parku wszystko co potrzeba: klika placow zabaw, sciezki rekreacyjne, wybieg dla psow. Zabka w bloku a Biedronka 250 m dalej. Rownie blisko do pysznej pierogarni, centrum handlowego i pizzeri. Sam dojazd tez idealny. Mieszkanie bardzo funkcjonalne i wygodne. Bardzo nam sie sprawdzila garderoba w ktorej mozna bylo bez balaganu rozlozyc najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Miejsce garazowe w cenie apartamentu tuz obok wejscia do klatki schodowej bylo dodatkowym atutem.

  Nowy, ładnie urządzony i bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament.
  Już dawno żadne mieszkanie na wynajem tak nas nie zaskoczyło- dobra lokalizacja, parking podziemny w cenie, a w mieszkaniu dostępne wszystko, o czym można było tylko pomyśleć. Zdecydowanie polecam.

  What could be improved: Hochhaus – ist eigentlich nicht mein Ding. Sobald man allerdings im Apartment ist, ist das vergessen.
