The building itself has that classic Polish charm without trying too hard, you know? It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something authentic rather than just another cookie-cutter hotel.

The Perfect Old Town Spot

Honestly, the location here is pretty much unbeatable. You’re literally steps from the main attractions, but somehow it doesn’t feel touristy or overwhelming. I mean, couples are rating this spot a perfect 10 for good reason — you can walk to the famous Długi Targ market square in about two minutes, grab morning coffee at one of those tiny local cafés, and still feel like you’re living like a local. The Royal Way is right there, and you can easily wander down to the Motława River without dealing with crowds until you actually want to.

The Space Itself

What I really appreciate about this place is how they’ve managed to create a proper living space rather than just a hotel room with a bed. The apartment setup gives you breathing room — there’s actually space to spread out your stuff and settle in for a few days. The kitchen area is functional enough that you could prepare simple meals if you wanted to (though with all the great food nearby, you probably won’t). Everything feels clean and well-maintained without being sterile, if that makes sense.

Getting Around Gdańsk

Here’s something that matters more than you’d think — parking in Gdańsk‘s Old Town can be a nightmare, but they’ve actually sorted this out reasonably well. If you’re coming by car, you won’t be circling the block for twenty minutes looking for a spot. And if you’re using public transport or just walking everywhere, you’re perfectly positioned. The train station isn’t far when you need to head out for day trips to Sopot or Malbork Castle.

  Couldn’t get a better location it really was fantastic. You are right by all the popular spots. Bed was uncomfortable but for price and a short weekend stay it was fine. Host was great and good communication. Please ensure you read reviews and t&c of property. It’s cash or transfer when you arrive. We read the policy beforehand so not a problem for us. Great apartment. Would recommend Josef K and Winston’s bar for fab cocktails. Some people mentioned on reviews no light for stairs. There is…just outside apartment door and to left of main door as you walk in. Not easy to spot as some are door bells but it’s there! I would return to this apartment and had a great time in Gdansk!

  Very clean and bright flat. Comfortable mattress, Good bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Also more than enough of storage space. Very good communication with the landlord, great access to the old town, and rather close from the train station. Grocery shop, only ~10metres from the entrance, costa coffee in similiar distance.

  Apartment 6 has a perfect location. Uber dropping off at Garbary 1 – a short walk of a few minutes down one of Gdańsk’s most picturesque views and you arrive at the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment itself was perfect – it is up 3 flights of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but might be tricky for some.

  Perfect for all of central Gdansk. The property is very clean and quiet with an excellent and most helpful host who we recommend very highly.

  Well-maintained big flat all utensils and amenities were available
  
  On top of that the flat was less than 5 min walk from the old town tram stop so the connectivity was great
  
  What could be improved: Only small issue was that the flat is on 3rd floor If you have a large luggage it might be little difficult to get to the flat. But it only impacts when you enter and then leave so wasn't a big issue

  The location was fantastic, in the middle of the old town with a short walk to the river.
  Very spacious with lots of storage and the kitchen had everything you could need.
  The heated floor in the bathroom was lovely.
  Very modern and clean.
  We had wonderful views over the Christmas market and the lights during our stay.
  Entry and contact with the owner was easy and excellent.
  There is a small supermarket next door.
  We will definitely stay again!
